Best Presenter Award Achievement at National Law Conference

Abdullah Al Fahim, an LL.M. student (Intake 48th), has received the Best Presenter Award at the 1st Bangladesh University National Law Conference. His paper, titled “Beyond the Veil of Personhood: Reassessing the Legal Strategy for Bangladesh’s Enduringly Dying Rivers,” critically examines the limitations of the National River Conservation Commission and evaluates compliance with directives from the landmark Turag River case. This achievement reflects his academic excellence and contribution to contemporary environmental law research.
